Vaillant presents Fuel-Cell-Heating-Appliance at Berlin
The Federal German Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs started the nationwidely biggest practice test of domestic Fuel-Cell-Heating-Appliances called Callux. Vaillant presented its partnership with a model created by Kurz Kurz Design.

Vaillant concentrates upon two different technical solutions to meet the different demands of the customers. For the application in apartment buildings and in small trade vaillant develops Fuel-Cell-Heating-Appliances on the basis of HT PEM-fuel cells (with high temperature-polymer diaphragms) which quickly start and distinguish themselves by very good modulation qualities. For the operation in single-family houses Vaillant with German partner’s enterprises develops durable high temperature fuel cells systems on the basis of ceramic SOFC cells (Solid Oxide Fuel Cells).
